The breakfast served in the restaurant which is located in the hotel. It provides a sort of local cheese, ham, bread, eggs, tea, coffee and fruit juices. Though all are basic choices but with good quality. The reception staff is most welcoming, polite and helpful. He always offers coffee/tea when we arrived (even in late night =) ) . He also helped us to fix the air-con problem quickly (just the angle of the fans, not a really big problem actually). The location of the hotel is superb too - just around the corner is the Fountain Square and other major tourists spots.

The hotel price, including breakfast, is reasonable for tourists who only need a place to stay. The staff is kind and courteous (reception, chief, cleaners). The hotel can accommodate private tours, which we did. It was an awesome experience with good hotel management under the leadership of Mr. Rashid, who is very supportive of our needs. He is proactive and ensures our expectations are met.

It's close to many restaurants. You don't need to take a taxi. Just walk and explore. The rooms are spacious and clean. One of our rooms got upgraded with balcony with no extra cost. The highlights of our stay were definitely the staff- very helpful, super friendly and welcoming. Overall, The price-quality ratio is quite reasonable.

All restaurants and bars a nearby. All hotel staff is very cooperative but the manager Rasheed and a nigh shift person Fareed were the best to interact with. Love to stay here again with the family.
